Crimson
Acres is a working farm related equestrian center that provides a
safe educational environment which allows individuals of all
ages and abilities to develop, learn and grow while enjoying
a recreational experience.
Crimson Acres is located in north central Massachusetts in the little
town of Orange. It is owned and operated by the Whitmore family, "Butch",
Sandy, Jenn, Peter, & Philip. Their dedicated love of people and
animals has allowed them to create a unique farming experience and
educational programs, where the union between "kids" (of
all ages) and animals has unbelievable results. Sandy Whitmore
had a vision to create a place where an individual's love of horses
could be nourished and built upon to help that individual overcome
inner weaknesses or fears. She believes that horses are an avenue
that can make this happen.
